      Responsible for overseeing the Customer Facing Support Team for the Domains Organization/Business Entity of GoDaddy. This team is comprised of two distinct areas, the Support team and the Business Operations team. The Support Team manages the compliance related processes that align with ICANN policies and agreements. The Support Team ensures GoDaddy is not in breach of agreements with registries, ICANN, and the law, by maintaining the necessary support channels and responding to customers accordingly. In addition to compliance related processes, the Support Team also handles domain security processes and assists in the recovery of domains transferred by unauthorized means. The Business Operations team acts as a bridge between our customers, advanced support teams, and development teams to ensure the customers voice is always included in prioritization. The team also supports new TLD onboarding and post onboarding changes made by registries, such as price changes and migrations from one registry to another. • Reduced manual dependencies through automation and proper workflow techniques within department processes to improve customer experience. • Improved process efficiency by removing friction points which reduced customer service level response times by over a day. • Successfully reorganized the department to include a specialized support structure and integrate Domain Operations. • Manage and maintain relationships with Industry Registrars and Registries to assist in resolving Domain Disputes and Hijackings. • Effectively Implemented multiple support channels in addition to email to increase department touch points to support our customer base.
