  During my two months in Kerry foods I worked in the Meats and Meals R&D department in the Shillelagh plant. I helped with several jobs including researching products, conducting benchmarking sessions, and taste test panels. I gained experience on the factory floor by working in the packing department and seeing all the processes of the products produced here. I gained lots of relevant experience and knowledge around quality assurance and food science which aided me with modules in college.
