      Primarily responsible for developing the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition Scheme for the plant. Developed a fully automated, closed loop control, for the plant humidification system. Tied the humidification controls into the SCADA software (Ignition by Inductive Automation) and implemented runtime based preventative maintenance and email alerts for alarms and upset conditions. Designed, implemented and programmed the system for monitoring facility equipment including, air compressors, dust collectors, heaters, evaporative coolers, and boilers. Designed and successfully implemented the automation of the air quality controls system to better meet the EPA and ADEQ requirements while still creating a safe and comfortable working environment. Began upgrading production equipment for easier remote monitoring and control, specifically to calculate and improve upon Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Show less
