  Since 2022, I have been working in NESPAK as a Principal Engineer. With the promoted role, I have an extended responsibilities to manage teams of Junior Structural Engineers, Senior Structural Engineers and Draftsmen to execute a Civil Engineer Project's Structural Analysis, Design and drawing preparation from inception till commissioning. I use my past gained experience in the field of Structural Analysis and Design to guide the team to complete the assignments within the allotted time frame and complete the milestones well ahead of time.Most recently, I have been involved as a Structural Engineer on Mohmand Dam Hydropower Project where my task is to deliver the structural design, construction drawings and technical memorandum of a wide rang of hydropower structures including Dam, spillway, diversion tunnels, colony reinforced frame structures,chute and stilling basin structures etc. The assignments were completed using a wide range of analysis techniques including Linear Static Analysis, Non-Linear Static Analysis, Response Spectrum Analysis using Elastic and Inelastic Site Specific Response Spectra, Linear and Non-Linear Time History Analysis usingsite specific response spectrum matched time histories. Show less During my this tenure with the company as a Senior Engineer, I was assigned the tasks to perform analysis, design, drawing preparation and prepare design report of various types of structures including Overhead Water Tank, disposal station, various academic and hostel blocks at Danish School DG Khan, several types of masonry and frame structures of Centers of Excellence at DG Khan, five story RC Frame Structure of Sharif Medical and Dental College, Lahore, detailed structural design, tender drawings and BOQ of Nawaz Sharif Sports Complex, National Telecommunication Building Lahore, two to three story masonry structures of Baha-Ud-Din Zakriya University Sahiwal Campus, and four story Reinforced Concrete Frame Structure of Muhammad Amin Vocational and Polytechnic Institute Lahore, Design Review of (ERRAA) Earthquake Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Authority Bridges, Design Review Of 450MW Nandipur Combined Cycle Thermal Power Plant.All analysis, design and detailing tasks were performed using high end structural analysis and design techniques using state of the art Finite Element Analysis based software including CSI SAP2000, CSI ETABS,CSI SAFE, STAAD Pro etc. Show less During my this tenure with the company, I got the opportunity to work on structural analysis and design of all types of structures. The projects included Linear Dynamic analysis of six stored Educational City HIT Taxila, Analysis & Design of 92ft high Overhead Water Tank in Seismic Zone-4, reinforced concrete and reinforced masonry structures of Academic Block, Cadet Mess, Administration Block, Cadet Hostel, Bachelor Hostel and Principal’s residence at Cadet College Choa Saiden Shah, Academic Block, Administration Block, Cadet Hospital, and Principal’s residence at Cadet College Pasrur, analysis, design, preparation of construction drawings along with bar bending schedule and B.O.Q. of Academic Block of Caded College Essa Khel, Detailed review of the extension of Gaddafi Stadium Lahore, five story RCC NESPAK House building in seismic Zone-4.All assignments were done applying latest structural analysis techniques including linear and non-linear analyses, response spectrum analysis, 3-D Finite Element Complex modelling techniques using applicable codes, and guidelines.
