Reviews data for quality and meetings with HMIS staff regularly. ● Responds to emergency needs and coordinates action steps for resolution and prevention. ● Meets regularly with staff to communicate issues, concerns, and critique service delivery system. ● Reviews participant incidents and grievances to determine type and level of intervention and/or solutions including mediation.
