  Led an RCI event on implementation of a "Red-tagging" Defective Parts Process. This implementation created a sustainable process for quarantining defective parts in order to more effectively root cause why a part is defective. Variety of daily and weekly tasks as a Quality Co-op such as entering layered process audits and maintained LPA matrix completions by using Microsoft Access.

  Corrected production parts that have quality or manufacturing issues by correcting or creating the SolidWorks 3D model and used a Product Data Management system for the parts revision control. Designed production parts for downstream customer in order to ensure that parts were produced on schedule.
