  With MIL Corp. I’ve been steadily promoted to provide visionary leadership for the company’s Software Development and Maintenance division within the Global Financial Services Sector. This includes obtaining CMMI Assessment certification to broaden the core competencies of a company in a mature market. As a result, I also serve as Chief Process Engineer and CMMI Sponsor with direct accountability for business development, strategic planning, budget development, and cost monitoring. Overall successes include, expanding MIL’s scope of work to include full project and product lifecycle support which has resulted in sustained exponential growth for the company. I also led the company to obtain overall new competencies, including achieving CMMI Level 3 for Development and Level 2 for Services, which resulted in the pursuit of new contracts. Show less
