Represented the Information Technology Department of the DATC performing hardware and software installations, upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks for network users’ workstations. Conducted backups, installations, upgrades, and administration of NetWare 4.11, 4.10, 3.12, and 3.11 servers. Also managed GroupWise 5.2, Jet Direct Network printing software, and Novell Zen.

  Active Directory; Design and support 2008 R2 Microsoft Active Directory Forest. Upgraded the functionality of the Domain to 2012 R2. Document and maintain the network environment including Domain Controllers, DHCP, file, print, cluster and support servers. This network consists of 10,000 staff users, 76,000 students, 30,000 computers, 3,000 printers, and over 100 sites. 3rd party solutions used are PrinterLogic PrinterInstaller, Storsimple, SCCM, and Dell Kace.
