      My Role as a Programme Manager at Vodafone was to take charge of a customer programme to upgrade their existing LAN to a new SDLAN to 17 different sites across the UK. The customer is one of the Largest steel manufacturers in the UK. The Key benefits that were delivered to the customer for the programme were as follows:• Risk Reduction by removal of all End of Life infrastructure, ensuring full inventory and stock control. • Deployment of updated management & monitoring tools to deliver enhanced capacity management and troubleshooting• Ensure we identified and Removed a number of single points of failure from the network infrastructure to improve service availability • The project teams worked closely with the customer and their business teams to enable a smooth migration to SD-LAN capability via use of Cisco SDA compliant infrastructure Show less
