  Dialoger Teamchef im Fundraising door2door BereichIn meiner Position als Dialoger Teamchef im Fundraising door2door Bereich konnte ich für bedeutende Organisationen wie ProJuventute, Amnesty International, Fragile Suisse und Terre des Homme Spenden zu sammeln.In dieser Rolle führte ich ein engagiertes Team von Dialogern an und war massgeblich für den Erfolg unserer Fundraising-Kampagnen verantwortlich. Meine Hauptaufgaben umfassten:Teamleitung und Motivation: Ich führte ein Team von Dialogern und sorgte dafür, dass sie optimal auf ihre Aufgaben vorbereitet waren. Ich motivierte und inspirierte sie, ihr Bestes zu geben und ihre Ziele zu erreichen.Planung und Umsetzung von Fundraising-Kampagnen: Gemeinsam mit meinem Team plante ich strategische und taktische Maßnahmen, um Spenden für die genannten Organisationen zu sammeln. Ich koordinierte den Tür-zu-Tür-Besuch von potenziellen Spendern, erstellte überzeugende Präsentationen und vermittelte ihnen die Bedeutung der Arbeit dieser Organisationen.Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen: Durch offene Kommunikation und Empathie ermutigte ich neue Spender, langfristige Unterstützer oder sogar Mitglieder der Organisationen zu werden.Berichterstattung und Datenanalyse: Ich erstellte kontinuierlich Berichte über den Fortschritt der Fundraising-Kampagnen im Verlauf einer Arbeitswoche und überprüfte die gesammelten Information auf deren Richtig- und Vollständigkeit auf das Ende der Woche.Die Erfahrung als Dialoger Teamchef im Fundraising door2door Bereich war für mich eine inspirierende und erfüllende Zeit. Die Möglichkeit, Spenden für Organisationen wie ProJuventute, Amnesty International, Fragile Suisse und Terre des Homme zu sammeln, hat mein Verständnis für soziale Verantwortung vertieft und meine zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten gestärkt.
