      o Site Lead from February 1997 – 2002, During this time, I directed the IT operations in Saint John, one of my major highlights was to bring the computer count from 80 to over 800 and from 1 business unit to 5.o Build out of new computers that included installing the operating system, installing and configuring software. Imaging hundreds of computers from the newly built computer using Power Quest Imaging software. o Familiar with Cisco switchs, routers, and hubs. Using Ethernet topology, we had a dual network routed with two 5500 Cisco switches, that had approximately 30, 1900 and 2900 series switches. I am also familiar with coax and cat5 wiring. Worked with Ethernet and Token ring topologies, with TCP/IP, NetBeui, IPX/SPX, and DLU Protocols.o Familiar with Office 2000, Microsoft Project, Visio, Nice Call Monitoring software, Heat ticket tracking software, Kronos HR software, Oracle 8, Total View and TCS Agent scheduling software for Contact Centers, Lucent CenterVu Supervisor, Outlook 98, Outlook 2000, ADP payroll software, Lawson’s HR software, Reflections and Artemis main frame emulator software, In house software such as Avis’s Taft, RCI’s Gui, HCC’s CMOR.o I work on a regular basis with Telecom through Aliant to service hardware and software that connects the telecom equipment to our Network. Some of the phone switches use Map D cards to connect to a server that also had a network card to our network. Troubleshooting would involve IT and Telecom to solve issues.o Hardware supported includes Servers, computers, printers, laptops, palm pilots, routers and switches.o Network Experience included Novell, Microsoft, Geotel (Intelligent Call Routing), RAS, Nice Call monitoring system, and IVR servers.o Supported Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT, Windows 2000, and Windows XP operating systems.
