This included; Design of the study, Activity and resource planning, Organizing and motivating the project team, Time management, Costing and Budget development, Liaison with stakeholders (internal and external), Reports and Evaluation of the project▪ Liaised with high State officials across multiple departments to increase understanding and buy-in of findings.▪ Successfully developed a team to deliver the project on time and within budget, reducing costs by 50%.
