I play a crucial role in evaluating periodic program reports submitted by implementing agencies and ensuring the performance of these entities aligns with agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and complies with the NHAct and operational guidelines. My role involves coordinating with Gateways for quarterly and annual work planning, reviewing and disseminating work plan templates, preparing briefing materials for MOC quarterly meetings, and managing the coordination of the MOC Secretariat and Gateways, along with other partners and stakeholders. Additionally, I collaborate with the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) and project team members to produce technical reports, briefs, and human-interest stories for dissemination to diverse audiences.In my role, I also support the development and production of BHCPF performance reports, linking funding sources and trends to quarterly outcomes. Managing the project's database of technical materials and programmatic information, I ensure efficient organization and accessibility of essential resources. My responsibilities extend to supporting the publication and communication of key project reports and materials, contributing to the overall success and impact of the BHCPF program. Show less
