About me

As a passionate HR professional with an MBA graduate background, I began my career journey with Trinity Technology Solutions LLC, a US-based manpower servicing company. I worked as an HR Recruiter, specializing in end-to-end recruitment for the Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Power, Engineering, and Construction industries, as well as other Energy and Engineering sectors. Previously, I served as an HR Executive at Kothari Groups, a 100-year-old conglomerate, overseeing recruitment across multiple industries, including Restaurants, Footwear, Hotel Division, School, Leather, Drone, Manufacturing, and Fertilizers, while handling generalist HR responsibilities. This role enabled me to develop a unique understanding of diverse business operations and foster strong stakeholder relationships. I successfully designed and implemented HR initiatives that boosted employee engagement and retention across the organization.
