  Whilst having overall control of the centre during shifts as the only Duty Manager on site, my responsibilities include:• Serving the customers, maintaining good customer manner and interpersonal skills. • Overseeing and supervising the cleaning of the sports centre by the leisure attendants to a high standard.• Using the till and cashing up the daily takings, ensuring the readouts were accurate and the correct paperwork was filled My main role in this job is ensuring the sports centre is cleaned to a high standard, this requires a good attention to detail. I also lead children's birthday parties and holiday camps on a regular basis where I liaise with the parents and run the games and activities. I also regularly work on football camps where I coach drills and assist the lead coach with refereeing and setting up equipment etc.
