I will be leading a global team of Pre-Sales Engineers, Proposal Managers & Developers. Responsible for NA Watson Health Technical Sales Team covering ( Life Sciences, Govt, VBC, Oncology, Genomics and Imaging ). In 2012, I will be leading IBM Social Business & Collaboration Solutions growth strategies by developing and growing Business Partner Technical Sales skills worldwide. Working with customer's to Architect IBM cloud-based Messaging and Collaboration services. Currently working as World Wide Lead for Online Collaboration and Social Networking ( Lotus Live ) Working on WW Lotus Technical team to help solve critical customer problems to move sales cycle and develop Sales and Technical Enablement Workshop to enable WW ITS. Lead WW Team to launch Lotus Alloy new offering in the market in 2009. Lead LotusLive development team to hold series of calls enabling WW ITS on latest offerings and build Enablement plan utilizing WW istew education model. WW Lead for IBM open collaboration client solution IBM cross-brand Technical Specialist for IBM Middlware: teamed with department to exceed worldwide IBM software on Linux goals by assisting in both onsite and offsite presales, POC's and pilots opportunities on WebSphere Portal & Notes/Domino products. Took ownership of the accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction was achieved, deals were closed and field sales satisfied. During this time I supported other IBM products on Linux. Developed BVT skills on cross-platform operating systems and IBM middleware products. Built and maintained webpages and responsible for lab network and system administration.
