  * Synthesis of doped tin oxide nanocrystalline powders produced using one step synthesis methods such as flame spray pyrolysis and chemical vapor synthesis methodsCharacterization of these powders using XRD, SEM, TEM to confirm their nanocrystalline structure and morphology studies. DRS and absorption spectroscopy used to find out the transparency of the powders and to evaluate the band gap of the materials. BET used to know the surface area of the powders.
