  1. Provide onsite and continuous coverage for the Community Living program-serving adults with disabilities;2. Direct all the activities for Community Living program;3. Serve 10 unaccompanied (without any other household members, single member household) chronically homeless youth (ages 18-24) in scattered sites throughout DC. We are a Permanent Supportive Housing program. 2. Permanent Supportive Housing- 365 days per year, 24-hour housing accommodation, scattered site that provides rehabilitative and supportive services designed to prepare homeless singles families for greater stabilization and self-sufficient living. 3. These services shall also provide living space that has at minimum: a bed, bed linens, storage for personal belongings, private or shared bathroom with bathing accommodations, common areas, and administrative space.
