      1. Provide onsite and continuous coverage for the Community Living program-serving adults with disabilities;2. Direct all the activities for Community Living program;3. Oversee all program operations;4. Develop and implement program operations;5. Ensure that all medical appointments are scheduled; ensure that all accidents are properly reported;6. Serve 10 unaccompanied (without any other household members, single member household) chronically homeless youth (ages 18-24) in scattered sites throughout DC. We are a Permanent Supportive Housing program. 2. Permanent Supportive Housing- 365 days per year, 24-hour housing accommodation, scattered site that provides rehabilitative and supportive services designed to prepare homeless singles families for greater stabilization and self-sufficient living. 3. These services shall also provide living space that has at minimum: a bed, bed linens, storage for personal belongings, private or shared bathroom with bathing accommodations, common areas, and administrative space. Show less 1. Serves as primary advocate for individual needs, Oversees the development, implementation, and revision of individual IPP's and ISP’s.2. Participates in day treatment reviews as needed and makes at least quarterly visits to day programs of the residents.3. Prepares needed reports for, attends and participates at individuals court hearings. 4. Participates in the development of behavior programs in conjunction with the Consultant Psychologist. 5.
