Successfully completed over shutdown period on time and budget with a 26% margin.Replacement of overhead conveyor system,contract value $1.75 million - successfully completed over a shutdown period of 16 days, 24 hour per day work schedule, with a net margin of 23% on the project.Installation of additional conveyor system including civil, mechanical and electrical works - $1.55 million, successfully executed over three months, on time with a 21% net margin on the project.Replacement of existing overhead conveyor carriers being manufactured in China to Australian design and specifications. Budget $1.8 million.Manufacture of specifically designed scissor lift and platform for the aluminium industry value $640,000.Manufacture of seven firing frames for the aluminium industry “under license” to an overseas principal.
