Investments in large enterprise scale projects traditionally take years, but this project was accomplished in twelve (12) months. This was a massive undertaking requiring full and participatory executive level support and strict project management with hard deadlines.• Responsible for all phases of project management alongside an Implementation Manager and consulting partners from the end of the RFI phase until after initial deployment.• Implemented Recruiting and Talent Management, Human Capital Management, Learning, Timekeeping and Payroll, Budgeting, Finance, Purchasing and Contract Management as well as Asset and Inventory Management.• Managed the Fleet Management system implementation. The successful completion of this project saved a projected annual reduction in the cost of auto parts at close to $200,000.• Managed the implementation of Samsara GPS/telematics cloud-based system for 50 vehicles in the agency as a pilot for future expansion. • Managed the reorganization and restructure of the Orient Road Warehouse. The project increased storage capacity resolved issues with storage of overflow of items from fleet and allowed for future growth.
