The project had a potential to increase the renewal rates from 60% to 80% and aimed at streamlining the entire process through automation.2) Decisioned more than 100 pay-later loan products3) Built a report analyzing the salesperson loan disbursal rate.4) Completed training on intermediate level MS-Excel, MySQL and PowerBI. Also used these tools during the project.
