      I operated as Chief, G-5 Planning Division, and spearheaded the performance of 14 planners and internal leaders to synchronize JMC strategies, integrated management system controls, OPLAN analysis, Operation Order (OPORD) creation, ceremony coordination, Mission Essential Task List (METL), Business Process Mapping, Business Contingency Plans (BCPs), the JMC 10-1 (Mission and Functions), Installation Advocacy, and Lean Six Sigma initiatives. My role consists of clarifying mission objectives, defining courses of action (COA), leading AMC Rehearsals of Concept (ROC) Ammunition drills, as well as supervising LSS Black Belts, two Black Belts in advancing organizational improvement. My notable achievements within this role so far include:• Advise Deputy Chief of Staff G-3/5/7, Chief of Staff, SES, Deputy Commander, and Commanding General in policy creation and conflict resolution. • Translate military terminology for the civilian workforce.• Govern Army Materiel Command's (AMC) "Shape the Fight" initiative to revitalize the JMC Headquarters. • Streamline fiscal, manpower, organizational, and physical resource control across all HQ offices, obtaining first pass approval ahead of schedule. • Equip the Integrated Project Team (IPT) with tactics for analytical process advancements. • Strengthen collaborations with the AMC G3/4, Strategic Integration Group, Commander’s Initiatives Group (CIG), and various Major Subordinate Commands (MSC). • Identified and resolved gaps in SVTC attendance and advanced OPLAN analysis.• Instrumental in organizational transparency and uniformed communications across 65 offices, with an innovative process mapping strategy for 559 key functions.• Serve as a Master Examiner for the national Malcolm Baldrige performance excellence program. • Manage Distinguished Visitors (DVs), five Installation Advocates, and a Total Force Integration (TFI) cross-functional team.
