      In this role, I am at the centre of improving the productivity of the company's employees. I collaborate with my teammates in their individual departments to assess the staff developmental training needs so as to drive focused trainings to yield confident and efficient associates. Thereafter reward their performance. I was responsible for ensuring that guests' stay were memorable from arrival to check out. In this role, I was not alone, we were a team consisting of five associates. In addition, I worked at the airport and was responsible for ensuring that guests' got to the hotel and airport safely as well boosting sales for the hotel.
