Tasked to find out more about the Client and their design ambitions for the project along with their timescales & budgets. - Concept Phase : Provides assistance to Principle director in researching and formulating a unique Concept Narrative within the Client’s Brief and Operator’s Requirement. This includes developing preliminary architectural layout studies as well as investigating finishes, mood images, design styles and influences. Creates sketches, renders and early 3D models describing the volumetric aspects and architectural components of the design.- Design Development : Refines the internal layouts and specify key finishes and materials for the floors, walls, furniture etc. Coordinates with other Consultants and defines F&B Briefs, Lighting Concepts, Artwork Concept, Signage Concept M&E requirements into a Drawing Package with the CAD Studio for final sign off.- IDD Drawings : Develop fully detailed architectural finishes schedules for every area in the property, designing out Joinery details, Sanitary, Ironmongery, and Electrical requirements for the Tender process.- Tender Process : Works with the client to interview nominated contractors and advise on the best appropriate contractors.
