  Pat Hough is an engineer, consultant, and author who specializes in making technical knowledge instantly available. He achieves this by creating Knowledge Packs for machines and equipment. Each Knowledge Pack uses photographs, color-coded diagrams, 3D models, and interactive animations to simplify, codify and deliver knowledge to increase the expertise of the user. They give staff instant access to the knowledge they need to do their jobs easily and effectively. Pat founded World Class Solutions over 25 years ago and he's been working on finding ways to easily transfer technical knowledge ever since. He's worked with many of the largest and most effective companies in the world. He's also written two books and he's developed several open-learning courses for Universities in Ireland and mainland Europe. Show less
