  As Business Development Representative team lead I am responsible for planning and overseeing administrative functions and projects for the TAG Recruiting and Appointment Setting Programs. I am also responsible for nurturing relationships with our TAG Members while constantly seeking growth opportunities for them such as qualified appointment setting and managing talent acquisition opportunities.
