      The nexus program is a 12-month boot camp-like program where students train with hands-on tools and lab scenarios along with obtaining certifications to prepare them for the Cyber Security workforce.During my time in the program, I developed a strong foundation of cybersecurity concepts such as the CIA triad, Penetration Testing, MITRE ATT&CK Framework, and the opportunity to work hands-on real scenarios where a team of students defend a real network being attacked live.
