Review Final Dossier Test Packs.Inspection activities are as follows ;• Receipt Inspection: Visual & Dimensional Inspection of material received from Sub Vendor like Body, Bonnet, Trim Parts, Etc.•Manufacturers test certificates review.•Witness of WPS & PQR activity at sub vendor place.•Lab test witness for Physical (Impact, Tensile, Bend & Hardness test.) & Chemical analysis for PQR approval.•Witness of weld repair as per approved WPS & PQR.•Valve Assembly inspection.•Pressure test witness for valve Body & Seat.•Functional & Performance test witness for control valve with actuator.•Witness of Cryogenic test witness.•Surface preparation check & Painting check.•Pre-dispatch Visual Inspection & Dimensional inspection of Control Valve assembly.•Compilation of MDR (Manufacturers Document record).•Dealing with Third Party Inspection agencies like Bureau Veritas, Intertek Moody International, SGS,TUV Nord, ABS, Velosi, MJ Inspection, Lloyds, DNV & ETC.•Packing & Shipment Inspection.
