  Claire was responsible for establishing a flexible resource unit from the ground up within BT. This was a highly engaging opportunity that allowed for the creation of innovative approaches to recruitment and resource management within the organization.The flexible resource unit capitalized on individuals' strengths, utilizing their transferable skills to meet the diverse requests from various business units across BT. Due to the rapid growth required, the unit had the opportunity to be creative, developing bespoke assessment centers for functions such as project management, business improvement, and contract management. This approach enabled the creation of a diverse, flexible pool capable of fulfilling short-term opportunities across BT, ensuring the right people were in the right place at the right cost.The unit achieved a high utilization target, maintaining a 92% utilization rate.
