  Failure isn't falling down... It's refusing to get back up...For 20 years I've supported and benefited from my MISA Ontario membership. Now its time to give back and do my part to that cause which so many have nobly advanced. Naturally my focus will be on the Eastern region of Ontario but I also encourage all modest sized municipalities (like my hometown of Belleville) to reach out and help me understand how to make MISA Ontario even better for you.
