  Tarinao spearheads the biopsychosocial approach to dance practice for the optimal wellness and health of dance practitioners. We work in collaboration and support of dance's expansion into health and technology to reach a wider audience through continuous education. We seek to provide artists with a platform for creative work with NGOs in line with the United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs).Tarinao's current projects: - Tari Skills LabAn introductory workshop to the biopsychosocial approach in dance practice, an evidence-based approach to empower and enhance the skills of dance practitioners, to increase productivity, creativity, and most importantly, satisfaction and contentment in one’s career as a dance practitioner. - #DanceforNUKEBanAn ongoing grassroots project initiated in 2020 to educate the public through dance, raise awareness of the destructive powers of nuclear weapons, and spread awareness of the importance of the total abolishment of nuclear weapons in support of the ratification of TPNW [Treaty for the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons]. Open to providing mentorship or consultation to support students, scholars, or educators to inject performing arts into respective projects for the nuclear ban.- Royal Ballet School's Affiliate Training and Assessment Programme (ATAP) for ages 5 and aboveJia Xi Lee is a fully affiliated teacher of the Royal Ballet School. Under her direction, we strive to provide excellence in classical ballet training through informed teaching and learning pedagogy for children up to older adults, embracing all physical and neuro-abilities. Dancers' developmental needs are our number one priority. The learning environment is co-created by both teachers and dancers to celebrate creativity and appreciation of the art form.
