  Responsible for overseeing & managing the manufacturing, warehousing, administration & maintenance operations of Kasur & Karachi plant. I am overall responsible for handling teams and consultants of Process, MEP and civil designers. Also, Its my responsibility to ensure safe, within budget and timely execution of Lahore factory relocation project. I was overall reponsible for production operations, maintenance, operations planning and budgeting in Lahore & Karachi plants. I had team of 120 motivated members and was responsible for timely delivery of product fulfilling all safety and quality protocols. Lead and directing production, Logistics, plant supply chain planning processes and related HR, while ensuring optimum utilization of resources to increase cost savings, quality, yields, output and efficiency of plant. 1. Overall Responsible for production & raw material planning to support sales team in achieving their targets.2. Support procurement team in reducing inventory levels 3. Prepare feedback on sales forecast for efficient supply of raw materials To execute the development and maintenance of the company SHEQ Policy, Objectives, Standards, Procedures and Manuals consistent with company Group Policy.
