      As a Key Account Manager my role involved the sourcing and selling of various laboratory, medical and scientific equipment from European and USA manufacturer’s for the Russian Food, Pharmaceutical, Heavy (petro-chemical) and other industries; including Russian Federation, Ukraine and Belarus regions. The majority of my customers were international blue-chip companies and large universities. My day-to-day responsibilities involved budget management, the translation of technical manuals, preparation of quotations, generation of purchase orders (bi-lingual) and invoices, in addition to this I personally managed large tender business valued up to $1,000,000 per tender. An important aspect of my role is consulting with my customers via phone and personal meetings, together with formal presentations to provide technical help, advice and on-site equipment demonstrations and trials.This ensures that the correct equipment is always supplied, to meet their requirements. In addition I coordinated warranty, repair work, service contracts and engineer call-outs.The range of equipment in the LabDepot portfolio covers over 10, 000 products, where my annual turnover for all accounts was approximately $1,500,000 with a year-on-year growth of 15%.In addition to my Key Account Management responsibilities, I was recently appointed Team Administrator, as a reflection of my excellent organisation skills. Other responsibilities include the coordination, organisation and attendance of national and local exhibitions, as well as conferences.
