  Key responsibilities:- Support, coach, and mentor engagement teams to improve external and internal inspection results through the local coaching program. This program covers various aspects (e.g., audit strategy, controls, substantive testing, journal entry testing, revenue and receivables (including fraud risks) and inventories, significant risk estimates, group scoping and design of Primary Team for review of the work of component teams, project management, financial services specific focus area) of important accounting topics. - Prepare the summary of risk-rated observations which are classified into High, Medium, and Low observations. - Discuss the results of review to engagement teams, including the executives which primarily focuses on important observations and ensure that these observations are sufficiently addressed by the engagement teams. - Deliver the common review findings noted in the annual executive events, industry-specific trainings, and quality matters forum. - Facilitate virtual classroom training of experienced associates and interns. - Develop internal controls training program comprising the discussion of significant classes of transactions (SCOTs) and the related WCGWs, SCOT flowchart, internal controls, and areas for improvement in walkthrough and internal controls and deliver the same training program to Senior Associates and Associates. - Lead the migration of EY Canvas from complex to non-complex audit approach (NCEAA).
