      Studied overseas at Seijo University for just under a year completing elective components from my bachelors degree. I had always had an interest in learning the Japanese language and culture and thought the best way to truly learn it would be the study abroad and immerse myself in the culture! Truly one of the greatest experiences of my academic career. I also obtained 2 scholarships to study overseas for the year.

In the space of 3 months I went from refereeing local community competition level soccer to Youth Premier League refereeing and NBN Premier league refereeing (Just below the A-League). I also had the pleasure of side-lining the NBN friendly International match of New Zealand vs Hamiltion Olympic. This was a truly fantastic experience and definitely helped my hone my communication and quick critical thinking skills as well as a bit of fitness at the same time! Show less

I also got to live tweet games through their official twitter page as well! Truly Humbling experience.
