      Work as an equipment engineer in Fab 14, at that time was started to build up the 20 nm wafer production line. Participated the course to build up a new production line which was the most advanced technology in the semiconductor industry gave me lot of valuable experience. The jobs include new tool installation, tool improvement , tool maintenance and watch the wafer production line, mainly in PVD process and some measurement tool.
