  Managed the Hartman supply chain ( Resin, Teak, Aluminium, Cushions) and the service department. Development new 35K m2 DC Transportcentre Enschede, implemented new WMS/TMS and a "pay ter tick" insourcing of personell organisation with Tempo Team, creating ultimate flexibility inbetween 15 and 200 FTE headcount.
