Responsible for managing four QS’s on following projects; Landside Roads & Parking (AED 30M), Airfield Works (9 Packages AED 1.1bn), Airfield Lighting & Control System (AED 150m), EK Operations tunnel (AED 118m) and Bus Maintenance Facility (AED 50m). Project Scope included runway/taxiway, water supply/storm water drainage, fuel line, airfield lighting, power/communication installations and associated runway/taxiway civil works. Responsibilities included valuating/certifying interim payments for monthly applications/valuations (measured works, extended/preliminaries, additional items, material price escalation, materials on site/recovery, advance payment/recovery, retention, and variations - in accordance with CESMM3). Also compiled orders of cost and Agreed Value Variations (estimating), built up rates,undertook site visits, attended progress meetings and produced/updated the material price escalation (AED 33M) for Airfield Works Contract.Previously based at Trump International Hotel and Tower (AED 2bn) on the Palm Jumeirah, responsible for various Value Engineering exercises. Was also involved in the pre-contract works for the residential section of the Jumeirah Golf Estates, preparation of BoQ's and contract documents for 400 villa units. Show less

Ad hoc assistance with problems and issues that arise throughout all disciplines on the package that have a commercial bearing on the project. Input into Employer communication where required. Analysis and negotiation of package specific variations and claims. To administer the construction Contract in line with the C-LJV Services Agreement and to identify, monitor and report on change.
