  As General Affairs Superintendent, I'm responsible for :• Leading the team to ensuring operations are aligned with department SOPs and targets.• Responsible for designing, writing, and updating SOP/WI documents related to the General Affairs department to ensure operational efficiency and company compliance with internal procedures.• Responsible for the management, organization, and maintenance of project documents.• Develop strategic planning programs and create budget plans (RKAP).• Manage budget allocations and prepare progress reports on budget absorption.• Oversee office purchasing and ensure the availability of necessary department equipment.• Manage town assets encompassing an area of 200 hectares including housing renovation, public facilities renovations, road and bridge infrastructure maintenance, warehouse building management and maintenance of clean and dirty water installations, sewage station and water station facilities.• Coordinate project planning activities including creating Term Of Reference, Engineering Estimate, Technical Specification, and 2D/3D Drawing Design.• Handle the procurement process and collaboration with the procurement division team to ensure successful development project construction by vendors.• Handle employee complaints related to company/town facilities and infrastructure.• Support company events and ensure proper usage of building/venue and lodging facilities.
