  The Center for Family Transformation (CFT) exists in the Lake Norman area of Charlotte, NC and specializes in therapeutic intervention, prevention and treatment for adolescents, young adults and their families. The goal is to restore healthy identity in each individual and to renew connection and belonging to the family. Our hope is that this will prevent mental health struggles, traumatic experiences and addiction issues from stealing the future of the clients and families we serve.

  At the CFT Institute, we partner with therapists for the enhancement of their personal and professional growth. Maybe your journey as a therapist began like mine…I spent many years hungry for deeper healing in my own growth. As a mental health counselor, I sat daily with clients and craved the same depth of healing they wanted. When it came to my relationships and emotions, I was not satisfied with the level of freedom I was experiencing. I tried many approaches including personal counseling and a stronger faith journey and while these were helpful at some level, there was still something missing! I craved more – there were places of pain in my heart that were not healing. I was disillusioned with the lack of consistent peace and joy in my life. This journey ultimately led me to a unique and profound approach to healing called the Life Model. The Life Model is a Comprehensive Approach to Psychotherapy through the Science of Neurology and Mystery of Spirituality. I am so thrilled to tell you that learning about and growing in the application of the Life Model has made all of the difference for me. I have more peace and joy in my life and my relationships are stronger and healthier than ever. My clients are experiencing the benefits of this as well as they are gaining deeper levels of wholeness in their own lives as a result of mine! Now, I want to help you discover your path to emotional wholeness so that you can start living out a more peaceful and joyful existence and help your clients at the next level!
