      I am a Program Manager in the Bridge Maintenance/Management Program Area in the S&B Division. In this role, I develop guidance for design & construction practices for bridge maintenance, repair & rehabilitation. This includes developing accelerated construction techniques to allow major repair work to be completed on interstate bridges. I also provide input on durability, inspectability & maintenance of new bridge details & construction. Determine &/or develop feasible repair, maintenance & rehabilitation methods to minimize upfront costs & life cycle costs. I complete technical reviews on bridge maintenance, repair & rehabilitation projects. I assist in the contract development & delivery of design build, PPP & PPTA projects on bridge maintenance, repair & rehabilitation projects.I use bridge management system software & further analysis to determine bridge programs at a statewide & District level. I am currently assisting with BMS tools including developing new deterioration rates/transition probabilities, action effectiveness, recommended actions, etc. Work with multi-objective prioritization formulas used to select projects for funding. Complete annual reports to determine statewide bridge & ancillary structure bridge preservation program requirements.
