  * Responsible to manage and supervise all piping works undertaken and executed by the subcontractor. * Experience in piping fabrication and erection (GRP, GRE, GRV ) and also pipe support * Ensure the technical quality and accuracy of the work produced and the assigned tasks are completed on time. * Proper planning of consumables, materials, machineries, tools & tackles. * Co-ordination with client against the project schedule and executing the job according to that. ‘ Verification of technical documents relevant to the responsible units. * Provide piping engineering information's to other departments and answer relevant site technical queries. * Drawing review Shop fabrication of piping spool and erecting the same * Review support and location indicated on the IFC isometric in accordance with the approved stress isometrics. * Prepare summary of piping classes. * Analyse project procurement / construction requirements and raise material requisition. * Review vendor drawings ISO, GA, P&ID * Preparation of client invoice as per work completion & monitoring certification of the same by Client. * Certification of sub-contractors bills according to the work completion. * Implementation of HSE &Quality (ISO9001-2000) * Planning, Organizing and monitoring the human resource, materials, machineries and consumables for project execution. * Identification of construction materials & allocation of work front crews * Experience in pipe line, cleaning and hydro testing. Hydro & Pneumatic Test Activities:* Responsible of Pressure Testing activities of piping systems * Preparation of hydro test AG/UG GRP piping chart recorder. * Responsible of Bolt Torqueing & Tensioning of flanged joints. Pre-Commissioning:* Final check up for the entire system after completes erection & installation and keep ready for commissioning. Show less
