      Oversee clinical and billing pre-pay and post-pay review processes. Manage a team of skilled individuals whom audit and provide education on compliant billing practices, documentation, and coding to all clinicians and their management teams. Continual development of auditing and monitoring tools to deliver most accurate information for clinicians and operators based off company compliance and clinical performance. Overall management responsibility and accountability for the facility on a day to day basis. Responsible for facility maintenance, planning, budgeting, directing, personnel hiring and training, marketing, purchasing, consulting, patient care, and company compliance in conjunction with Regional Vice President and Chief Operations Officer. Oversaw upwards of 20 clinical and office employees on a daily basis. 50 week program with minimum of 1,200 clinical practice hours, 150 hours of clinical supervision, 210 hours of classroom/lab instruction, 64 hours of teaching/lab instruction, 30 hours of self study, 64 hours of physician observation, and 10 hours of community service. During this period, the fellow is also a Physical Therapist Mentor providing 1:1 mentoring to a DPTI orthopedic resident 5 hours/week for 50 weeks. Provides 1:1 me storing to a DPTI orthopedic resident 5 hours a week for 50 weeks during the course of the residency. The mentor assists the resident in clinical reasoning, evaluation, procedures, appropriate treatment techniques, patient education, effective communication, and time management skills. The resident participates in a 50 week program which includes 1600 clinical practice hours, 220 hours of mentoring, 350 hours of clinical lab skills and lecture, 20 hours of physician observation, 10 hours of community service, and 96 hours of research.
