I ensure proper troubleshooting is applied before engine removal and manage quality activities by performing 8D, RCA, QRQC, etc with the team, and implement corrective actions. I also build and manage quality monitoring, with KPIs jointly agreed with customers, steering and facilitating the process to manage Customer Quality claims, and driving the culture of Continuous Improvement locally and building critical mass.
