  Based in Dubai with the ATCUAE for six years from 2011 to 2017. Originally joining the company on a 3 month internship, I was awarded with a fulltime position in the company in July 2011.The ATCUAE, under it's President Mohammed Ben Sulayem, are the governing body of motorsport in the UAE and are affiliated to the FIA, CIK, and FIM.During my time with the organisation, my responsibilities included:* Appointment as Assistant Clerk of the course for the Abu Dhabi Formula One Grand Prix with overall responsibility for the recruitment, training, retention and welfare of over 700 volunteer officials for the 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 events. * Event Manager for both the Abu Dhabi Desert Challenge and Dubai International Baja (previously the Dubai International Rally) international motorsport events, reporting directly to the Event Director and ATCUAE President.* Event Director of the Emirates Desert Championship, founded in 2013-14 and featuring an average of 100 international and regional competitors across 5 events per season.* Creating and running the UAE Motorsport Star young driver development programme,* Responsibility for the successful organization of the 2013-14 and 2014-15 FIA Young Driver Excellence Academy Middle East and Mediterranean selection event, and,Notable successes over my time with the ATCUAE include:* The successful nomination of one of the first Arabic driver to the FIA Institute Young Driver Excellence Academy,*The successful nomination of our volunteer officials as the 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 FIA Volunteers of the Year.* Securing of close to €1million of funding from the FIA for motorsport development projects around the globe.   The Motorsport Knowledge Institute (MKI) is the education, training, and research division of the Automobile & Touring Club of the UAE (ATCUAE).Through my role as a Senior Trainer, I have been responsible for the development of all training content, and have personally delivered Officials Safety Training on behalf of National Sporting Authorities (ASNs) in Kuwait, Algeria, Georgia, Albania, Bosnia, Tanzania, Lebanon, Ukraine, Kosovo, Iran and Botswana.
