Creating executive level reports to management and customer, defining and updating the project management procedures, defining the standardization for project documents, defining the risk and change management procedures, directly managing the large projects on site. Key Projects Build and Fit Out Private Data Center and TCCF Tier III Uptime Institute comply for One Biggest Indonesian Oil CompanyRole: PM and hands-on project management on field. Project planning, documentation, executive level reporting, financial and procurement management, risk management, change management, and transition to operation. Project Scope: Project was building a Sinergy Data Center Infrastructure in Greater Area of Jakarta, Indonesia with Green, Smart, Modern & Millennial concepts. This project was accomplished in two consecutive phases, 6 months implemented Transformer, Generator set and Chiller (Phase-1), and 7 months build & fit out the data center infrastructure (Phase 2). The Data Center was built with zero dependency on existing Building facility with exclusive Power and Cooling System, and all of the supporting facility of Data Center (electrical and mechanical system, security, fire system, etc) were designed to accommodate regular servicing and concurrently maintainable without requiring outages, with capacity up to 180 IT Racks and total Load 900 kW (5 kW per rack in average), all of these units were placed in Data Hall (500 m2) of total space 1500 m2. All racks (Data Hall, Backbone and Meet Me) powered by UPS System with 10 (ten minutes) backup time. The Data Center built with zero dependency on existing Building facility and all of the supporting facility of Datacenter (electrical and mechanical system, control, fire, etc) were designed to accommodate regular servicing and preventive maintenance without requiring outages, with server racks density at average 5 kW per rack (18 racks) and the network racks at average 3 kW (4 racks), all of these units were placed in Data Hall (87.2 m2). In additional, one small Meet Me room (16.5 m2) with capacity of 3 kW per rack (3 racks). All racks (Server, Network and Meet Me) powered by UPS System with 10 (ten minute) backup time. This project was accomplished in 3 months since early 2018 and partially executed during the ongoing flights and operation in the airport. Telecommunication System of Greater Area Jakarta Light Rail Transit Project (Ongoing)Role: Project Control for project management. Managed all RFI, RFP, RFQ, Tender and Contract Negotiation phases. Assure Ericsson Device Connection Platform (DCP) which is offered as a service and is designed to help enterprises and telecom operators to cost effectively address M2M connectivity service opportunities is implemented well and on target. Migrate Indosat APN from Stockholm/Amsterdam EPGs to Jakarta EPG. Project hand over to regular NOC Operation.
