  I led a four man board which task was to manage and take responsibility from three row houses with eleven different apartments. One of my biggest tasks was to carry through the post-construction warranty repairs which lasted almost three years. The board’s biggest challenge was to maintain the value of the company and in my period we were able to increase it.

  The highest decision-making power in the bank is exercised by the Representative Board, which is elected in public elections. OP Group is one of Finland’s largest finance groups. In this season my biggest task was to involve in the decision-making in which Luopioinen’s bank was merged with Kangasala’s bank.

In this season my biggest task was to involve in the decision-making in which Kangasala’s Area bank was merged with Tampere’s Area bank, making it the largest bank in this area and the third largest OP Group bank in Finland. New name for this bank will be OP Pirkanmaa. OP Group is one of Finland’s largest finance groups.
