  -Worked hands-on leading a team of five people to measure the face length, bearing center length, and diameter of 200+ rolls to create an organized, accurate record of machine specifications for reliability and maintenance.-Implemented a roll tracking system for 300+ rolls that value over $20 million to reduce downtime, ensure adequate spares, and track roll history.-Determined the root cause of failure of a pre-separator water pump that is under vacuum.   -Led a team of five people to safely conduct laboratory testing to document and characterize the effects of several wiring faults within a spoiler power control unit (PCU) and reasoned how and why failures would occur.-Created a detailed test procedure for laboratory testing and operated the 737MAX Flight Controls test rig which consists of real mechanical systems and simulated airplane interfaces.-Performed single and multiple failure analysis for the 737-10 rudder system to identify system-level failure modes and effect to adhere to safety and certification requirements.-Supported software regression ground testing for the 737-10 by preparing and executing on-board testing of 26 test conditions, performing data analysis of over 500 parameters in MATLAB, and documenting final test results.-Analyzed the relationship between stabilizer jackscrew loading and stabilizer trim motor torque in support of stabilizer trim motor software changes.
