      Managing all grant partnerships, volunteering, employee engagement and fundraising for the Macquarie Group Foundation activities across 11+ offices in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa). Working closely with C-Suite and Corporate Affairs team to develop and deliver global strategy. Recent successes include; Macquarie 50th Anniversary Award ($A50m donated to 5 organisations), building staff engagement across the region, developing a place based giving movement in London through partnership with @IslingtonGiving @BIGAlliance. In 2018 launched a new themed approach to grant giving - focusing on social mobility for young people, currently funding 7 UK based partners including @socialmobilityFoundation; @dallagliorugbyworks; @reachoutmentoring; @princestrustinternational; @universify; @ltsbGlobally, I manage the evaluation of the community element for the Macquarie Director Programme and ESV initiatives around the world, through a collaboration with the Learning and Development team in HR. Strong links to Diversity Inclusion through Employee Networks such as Pride@Macquarie (Founder in EMEA) and Balance (Gender Focused network). I sit on the Heart of the City Board Advisory Committee and London's Giving Reference Group. Show less
