      I coordinated the department's first regional reporting activity to meet newly established reporting requirements. I also represented the department on committees and coordinated our formal responses to cabinet submissions.I worked in a high-pressure environment to plan international Ministerial travel, including researching and providing recommendations for travel options, accommodation, site visits and delegate meetings. I coordinated and drafted briefing material and provided guidance to junior team members. My key achievements include:- Organising and conducting 13 interstate consultations with external stakeholders to develop recommendations for Australia's research infrastructure strategy. I edited the final report, and presented our key findings and recommendations to the Senior Executive Committee.- Analysing annual business plans, divisional priorities and departmental objectives to develop a Departmental Strategic Plan.- Developing an initial strategic framework for international engagement and stockholder management to ensure compliance with government funding reporting requirements.
