  As Cabin Manager onboard, my prime responsibility includes implementing and maintaining high standards of safety and impeccable service standards on all Flydubai flights. I am responsible for conducting pre-flight briefings before each flight to motivate and set the goals for the team, to conduct assessments to coach and guide team members about in-flight procedures and provide feedback on their performance on a regular basis. I am also responsible for training and coaching new team members on safety standards and service procedures.I liaise with ground staff, catering, cleaning, business team and other support departments to ensure all customers are present and accounted for including baggage and other auxiliary items such as food, beverage and dry stores were available including any special requests.
